Shipping policies
1. Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 7-10 business days
- Cost: Shipping cost will be calculate as per product variety at cart and shipping page.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.
- No processing on weekends and public holidays.
3. International Shipping
- Available to select state.
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days.
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination.
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.
- Tracking numbers can be used to monitor the delivery status on the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain locations may have restricted shipping options.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a replacement or refund is provided.
7. Shipping Address Changes
- Address changes can be made before the order has been shipped.
- Once shipped, address changes cannot be accommodated.
8. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the order might already be processed for shipping.
9. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
- Use a trackable shipping method to ensure the return is received.
